Websites Generate Calls
The
principals of Brownell, Williams & Fix Insurance knew they needed a
web presence to better compete in today's business world. Even if the Web
site's primary goal was simply to encourage people to call their office.
They wanted visitors to have the option of either filling out a quote form online or speaking directly to an account specialist for a quote. The message they wanted to convey was, "Call us for personalized service and immediate assistance."
With that in mind, I designed a site that emphasized their affiliations; highlighted their personal, small independent broker atmosphere and specialties; and encouraged visitors to call by including reminders on every page.
Using their existing logo as a starting point for the color scheme, I added a dark brown and olive green to convey a warm professionalism. The "Get a Quote" button is on every page, as is the "Call Now" button, repeating these important messages to site visitors.
