Good thing we have a fireplace!
Wednesday, April 12th, 2006Because we have lots of wood to burn in it now. Nice, cherry wood.
But not all of it is for burning. We learned that cherry wood is the preferred wood by marimba-makers. The trunk pieces have gone to a fellow who makes marimbas. We look forward to a concert in which we will hear our tree make music.
