Meg is a multi-talented web designer and developer, web host support specialist, instructor, musician, and Mac-user expert. In every area of her work, she brings her teaching nature, one of patience, direction, support, and encouragement. As a web site designer and developer, Meg stays current with web site standards of design and skillfully executes technical design protocols when managing design changes, navigation, content management, layout, search engine optimization, and keyword integration.

Informing her Internet marketing skills, Meg brings 13 years as an ad representative and director for Portland, Oregon based Just Out Newspaper. As Blogs have made a significant impression on Web culture, Meg has kept pace managing her own blog, Megabytes, and offers blog development and integration into your website as part of her services.

Computer Technician

As a web host support specialist, Meg has gained extensive knowledge of support systems connected to managing your business on the WebÑdomain management and registration, e-mail support, and setup for name servers, e-mail servers, web servers, and newsletter servers.

She has been a Portland Macintosh Users Group (PMUG) member since 1997, serving as their vice president from 1997 to 1999. For the last couple of years she has taught classes on the Internet, Browsers, and E-mailing for PMUG College. Also, as a PMUG member, Meg has reviewed software and given presentations on topics including MacWorld, RSS, Dreamweaver, running a local server, using the Wiki, and CSS. Other memberships include DevGroup NW, Internet Professionals Northwest, and Portland Area Business Association.

Musician and Teacher

As a second business, Grace Notes Music Studios, Meg has privately taught saxophone and clarinet since 1991. She develops individualized teaching plans for each of her students and produces two student recitals annually. As a band member, Meg plays with the Rose City Gay Freedom Band, Rose City Swing, the Matt Stanley Group, and Three Men and A Babe Sax Quartet.
